About Nina

Nina Auerbach.jpg

I am a life coach with a wide range of education and expertise.

I am a board-certified health and wellness coach, and I am certified as an executive coach and a nutritional consultant. I hold an MSW (a master’s degree in social work) and an MBA (a master’s degree in business administration). I became interested in coaching while still in my former career as a non-profit executive. And I have coached many new organizational leaders to be great at their jobs.

But helping people realize their best, fullest, healthiest lives possible has become my greatest passion and has led me into health and wellness and life coaching, which I have done with joy over the past 10 years.

I live with my family in the Pacific Northwest where I enjoy outdoor pursuits when the weather permits. I also enjoy drumming, cooking, reading, meditating, and spending time with my wife, friends, and our two wonderful miniature Australian Labradoodles.

What I Believe

Nina and the dogs.jpg

I believe that every person I work with has the creativity, resources, and tools to live their best life possible.  What people often need is support and the extra nudge of accountability that coaching can offer.

With the help of a life coach who can be a thought partner, I believe that my clients can accelerate their movement toward achieving their personal vision and goals. The greatest gifts I have to offer are: providing a safe and nurturing space for personal exploration, listening with my whole self, asking the right powerful questions, and offering insightful reflections that lead my clients to greater self-understanding and personal growth.

Coaching is a lot about fit.  So having a complimentary coaching conversation with me will help us determine if I am the right coach for you.
